Enjoy a visit to Pickering during the 'Railway in Wartime' event hosted by North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Relive the amazing spirit and camaraderie of World War II, whilst enjoying various war-themed entertainment including a wartime street 'The Sidings' and vehicle displays at stations along the iconic line (train journey not included).
Pickering also has plenty more on offer including its impressive Norman Castle, the Beck Isle Museum with its fascinating collection of artefacts relating to rural life in Yorkshire plus lots of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
