Beamish is a living, working museum, set in 300 acres of beautiful Durham countryside. Part of the Great North Festival of Transport is the famous annual steam fair. There will be an amazing line up of visiting and Beamish transport, in action and on view, from motor cycles to steam lorries and everything in between.
Experience a real sense of your past at Beamish, and discover what life was like in North East England in Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian times. We recommend taking a picnic as eateries get very busy at peak times.
Entry included. Leave for home 5.00pm.
