Our first stop is the pretty market town of Guisborough with its atmospheric ruined Priory and cobbled high street. The traditional market offers local fresh produce, homewares and fashion and there are a wide variety of independent shops and cafes (2hr stay).
We continue to Whitby, famous for many things... the ruined Gothic Abbey which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker's 'Dracula', the Captain Cook connection, the lovely character shops and pubs and of course the Fish & Chips!! (3hr stay approx).
