The beautifully preserved Victorian seaside town of Dunoon lies between the waters of Scotland’s Western Isles and the Firth of Clyde, offering stunning views and unforgettable scenery. Our base is the stunning Esplanade Hotel, a stylish hotel in the heart of Dunoon renowned for its traditional Scottish ambience, excellent accommodation and fine cuisine.

We travel north to the outskirts of Glasgow where we enjoy a break at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. We continue to Gourock and board the afternoon ferry across the Firth of Clyde to Dunoon for 3 nights half board accommodation at The Esplanade Hotel.
Superb scenery guaranteed today as a local guide joins us for a tour of Argyll, Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute. We drive through the Argyll Forest Park along the shores of Loch Eck to Inveraray. Later in the day we journey via Lochgilphead and Loch Fyne to join the short ferry crossing from Tarbert to Portavadie and onwards to Tighnabruaich. Here you can admire the views of the Kyle of Bute before returning to Dunoon via Loch Tarsan and Glen Lean.
A full day tour to the beautiful Isle of Bute, ‘The Jewel of the Clyde’. We begin with a short ferry crossing from Colintraive to Rhubodach and travel via Ettrick Bay. We continue via Rothesay to Mount Stuart House & Gardens before retracing our steps back to Dunoon via the short ferry crossing.
Depart and board the ferry to Gourock, returning via the main roads and motorways. Arrive home early evening.
