The 4 star Mercure Sindelfingen Hotel is easily accessed from the motorway. All the en-suite bedrooms have flat screen TV, air conditioning, safe, internet access and telephone. There is a lovely restaurant and cocktail bar. There is a lift.
The 4 star Savoy Palace Hotel is located close to the centre of Riva Del Garda and is only a short walk from the Lake promenade and the San Nicola Marina. The hotel is set in lovely gardens with an attractive outdoor pool area. The restaurant offers excellent local specialities and the bar provides ample seating with satellite TV, a terrace, as well as outdoor seating in the garden. All the en suite bedrooms have a telephone, TV, hairdryer and safe. There is an indoor swimming pool and relaxation area. There is a lift.
The 4 star Mercure Bad Durkheim is located in the town centre, near to the spa gardens. All of the en-suite bedrooms have TV, air conditioning, safe, internet access and telephone. There is a lift.
Transfer to Hull for the overnight crossing to Rotterdam. (Meals not included).
We disembark and journey through the Netherlands into Germany and onwards to Stuttgart for overnight half board accommodation at the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Sindelfingen.
We depart Stuttgart and journey via Ulm and Kempten, cross the Alps and over the Fern and Brenner Passes into Italy and head towards Lake Garda for 5 nights half board accommodation at the Hotel Savoy Palace, Riva del Garda.
A full day viewing scenic Lake Garda, and what better way to view the lake other than taking a boat cruise (optional, price not included) to the quaint villages dotted around the lake’s shoreline. We depart from Riva to Limone where we have a stop, then continue by boat to Malcesine, a lovely town at the foot of Monte Baldo with the opportunity to take the gondola up the mountain to enjoy fabulous views of the lake and the Dolomite Mountains. We return to Riva by coach.
A full day to the ancient City of Verona (minimum 5 hour stay), which provided the setting for Shakespeare’s romantic play ‘Romeo and Juliet’. We include a guided city tour and entry to the great Roman Arena, one of the largest and best-preserved amphitheatres in the world.
A full day into the dramatic Dolomites, sit back and enjoy our 3 passes tour as we traverse the magnificent mountain range that links Italy with Austria. We ascend over 7,000ft to view this stunning World Heritage Site.
A free morning to explore elegant lakeside Riva with its stylish shops and historic architecture. Later in the day we journey to a local vineyard for a wine tasting experience.
Depart after breakfast and journey to Bad Durkheim for overnight half board accommodation at the Mercure Bad Durkheim Hotel.
After breakfast we journey to Rotterdam for our overnight crossing to Hull. (Meals not included).
