Once again, we visit the Cornwall Spring Garden Show (Cornwall's answer to the Chelsea Flower Show) and Port Isaac, the film location for the TV series Doc Martin. We also include the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
The 3 star Rosemundy Hotel is a family run hotel set in secluded, sheltered gardens and woodlands, yet close to the main street in the village of St Agnes. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, tea making facilities and Wi-Fi. There is no lift but rooms are on the ground and first floor.
We journey to St Agnes for 5 nights half board accommodation at the Rosemundy Hotel.
We spend a full day at the Cornwall Spring Garden Show, famous for showcasing some of the very best examples of Springtime horticultural beauty.
A full day visit to the award-winning Eden Project, the largest indoor rainforest in the world.
We visit the fishing port of Padstow then continue to Port Isaac made famous as the film location for the TV series 'Doc Martin'. A walk around Port Isaac (Portwenn) takes you past many of the filmed locations.
We visit the fascinating Lost Gardens of Heligan and call at the pretty fishing village of Mevagissey on our return.
We travel via the main roads and motorways. Arrive home early evening.
