We travel to Loch Lomond for a break before continuing through the beautiful 'Trossachs' region to the Crieff Hydro Hotel for 4 nights half board accommodation.
We transfer to Crieff centre to discover the old town which has many interesting features. Late morning we visit the Glenturret Distillery and Visitors Centre for a tour and a 'wee dram'. Your afternoon is free to discover the hotel facilities, explore the grounds and enjoy the amazing highland scenery.
Lochs and mountains feature as we travel via Loch Earn and Glen Ogle to Loch Tay, situated beneath Ben Lawers. We break for lunch in Aberfeldy, famous for the 5 arched Wades Bridge which spans the River Tay. Later we visit Pitlochry, browse around the interesting centre or visit the dam with its famous Salmon Ladder.
Today we visit the university town of St. Andrews, watch the golfers tee off at the famous course and visit the old town.
We travel to Stirling for a break. Arrive in our local area late afternoon.
