The 2 star Clarence House Hotel is family run and is situated in the centre of the Esplanade. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, tea making facilities and Wi-Fi. There is a restaurant, lounge and a bar with sea views. As befits this type of 2 star coastal hotel all bedrooms are different shapes and sizes. The Hotel has a reputation with Bibby's clients for good food and service. There is a lift, although some rooms have a few steps to them.
We journey to Tenby for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Clarence House Hotel. Sherry and mince pies will be served on arrival. Settle in to your room before enjoying the `Happy Hour' in the bar and entertainment after dinner.
We visit Narberth then onto St David's, famed for being the smallest city in the UK, returning via the village of Trefin and Castlemorris. This evening a traditional Christmas meal will be served.
We travel to Carmarthen, the oldest town in Wales. Wander round its narrow streets, with its famous indoor market. Later we visit Laugharne (associated with the Welsh poet and writer Dylan Thomas) and the villages of Pendine and Red Roses. This evening we enjoy the live entertainment and take part in the Festive Hat competition.
We enjoy a free day in Tenby. A complimentary soup and bread lunch will be served in the hotel, followed by an afternoon of fun and a Cream Tea. Once again, enjoy the live entertainment after your evening meal. Friday - We depart for home travelling via the main roads and motorways, arriving early evening.
