The **** RIVERSIDE LODGE HOTEL on the outskirts of Irvine, offers contemporary accommodation, comfortable lounges, a superb restaurant, and friendly staff. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, ironing facilities, and Wi-Fi. The hotel does not have a lift, but ground floor rooms are available.

Depart for Kirkcudbright & Irvine
We travel to Kirkcudbright, a harbour town on the Solway coast that has always been popular with artists. We continue along the Ayrshire Coast to the outskirts of Irvine for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Riverside Lodge Hotel.

Troon & Robert Burns Birthplace Museum
Our first stop today is the coastal town of Troon, continuing to Alloway and the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum. We return via the famous Electric Brae.
Wednesday

Helensburgh & Loch Lomond
A scenic day of lochs and mountains awaits us today, as we travel via Largs and Greenock to Helensburgh and then on to the shores of Loch Lomond. We visit Luss and the Loch Lomond Shores visitor attraction.
Thursday

Burrell Collection & Glasgow
We begin with a visit to the Burrell Collection, which tells the story of Sir William Burrell and his family through a modern and interactive exhibition of antiques, art & collectables. Free time in Glasgow follows, with time to explore this vibrant city.
Friday

Return Home via Moffat
Our journey home takes us via Wanlockhead, Ledhills and onwards to Moffat, where we take a break. Arrival home late afternoon.
