The **** RIVERSIDE LODGE HOTEL on the outskirts of Irvine, offers contemporary accommodation, comfortable lounges, a superb restaurant, and friendly staff. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, ironing facilities and Wi-Fi. The hotel does not have a lift, but ground floor rooms are available.

Depart for Kirkcudbright & Irvine
Departing our local area we travel to Kirkcudbright, a harbour town on the Solway coast that has always been popular with artists. We continue along the Ayrshire coast to the outskirts of Irvine for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Riverside Lodge Hotel.
Tuesday

Largs, Greenock & Loch Lomond
A scenic day of Lochs and Mountains as we travel via Largs where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Isle of Cumbrae. Later we continue to Greenock, Helensburgh and then onto the shores of Loch Lomond. We visit Luss and Loch Lomond Shores visitor attraction.

Isle of Arran
*A full day on the Isle of Arran described as `Scotland in miniature’. We enjoy a guided journey around the islands spectacular coastline taking in some of the most sublime views in Scotland. A packed lunch is included today.
*Please note: Ferry travel to the Isle of Arran has become unpredictable over the last few years with weather conditions dictating the frequency of the ferry crossings. In the event of poor weather or ferry cancellation on the day we will offer an alternative excursion (guided) on the mainland. We will always act with the best interests and safety of our passengers in mind.

Burrell Collection & Glasgow
We begin the day with a visit to the Burrell Collection on the outskirts of Glasgow, which tells the story of Sir William Burrell and his family through a modern and interactive exhibition of antiques, art & collectables. Free time in Glasgow follows, with time to explore this vibrant city.

Return Home via Moffat
Our journey home takes us via Wanlockhead, Ledhills and onwards to Moffat, where we take a break. Arrival home late afternoon.
