The **** DELTA BY MARRIOTT ST PIERRE COUNTRY CLUB is an historic former manor house with superb facilities, set in beautiful countryside close to Chepstow. The Cast Iron Bar & Grill serves a traditional menu in character surroundings, and you can enjoy a drink on the outdoor terrace. There is an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, pre-bookable spa treatments, well equipped gym and 2 golf courses. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. There is no lift, but some ground floor rooms are available.

Caerphilly Castle & Free Time
This morning we travel to the 13th century Caerphilly Castle, the largest castle in Wales. Discover the spectacular Great Hall, medieval water gate, wildflower garden, and fascinating digital exhibits. Later we spend some free time in the quaint town of Chepstow.

SS Great Britain & Free Time
Today we head to the port city of Bristol, where we include entry to the iconic SS Great Britain and historic dockyard. Explore the fascinating ship and the life of its creator, Isambard Kingdom Brunel. Later enjoy time to discover the vibrant city itself.

Wye Valley, Tintern Abbey & Monmouth
We take a drive through the stunning Wye valley this morning, calling at the magnificent and atmospheric Tintern Abbey on our way. We continue to the border town of Monmouth for some free time to explore the UK’s first Bee Town.

Return Home via Shrewsbury
We travel home via the historic town of Shrewsbury, arriving into our local area early evening.
