The Cotswolds in the Autumn, the perfect season to visit one of the most beautiful areas in England. At this time of the year the countryside is illuminated by a burst of Autumn colours. We include a visit to Batsford Arboretum and have time to explore the city of Bath.

We travel south to Batsford Arboretum where the Japanese maples and Mountain Ash trees provide a magnificent Autumn display. After lunch we continue to Blunsdon, near Swindon for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Best Western Plus Blunsdon House Hotel.Friday

Tour of the Cotswold’s
Today we enjoy an ‘Autumn Tints’ tour of the beautiful Cotswold’s Villages travelling via Northleach to Bourton on the Water via Stow on the Wold, Stanway and Stanton to Broadway, another Cotswolds gem. After a lunch break, we continue via Moreton in the Marsh, Burford and Lechlade.Saturday

Guided Tour of Bath & Free Time
We have a full day to visit Bath, with a morning guided tour of this great city. Later enjoy free time to explore the historic sites including the Roman Baths, ancient abbey, Georgian terraces, and picturesque setting.Sunday

Chavenage House
We transfer to Chavenage House, which featured as Trenwith House in the ‘Poldark’ drama and is virtually unchanged in 400 years. We enjoy a guided tour around the manor, with included tea/coffee and biscuits.Monday

Return Home via Cheltenham
We depart for home with a stop in Cheltenham. We arrive into our local area late afternoon.Supplements
