Situated in the beautiful Cotswolds is the stunning Painswick Rococo Gardens. Famous for its snowdrop display, the gardens are a fascinating step back to a flamboyant period of English garden design. To enhance our snowdrops experience we also visit Colesbourne Park Gardens and the cities of Worcester & Cheltenham.

We travel South via the main roads and motorways to historic Worcester before continuing to the Best Western Blunsdon House Hotel near Swindon for 2 nights half board accommodation.

Cheltenham & Colesbourne Park

This morning we visit the Regency spa town of Cheltenham and then visit Colesbourne Park in Gloucestershire. Home to one of the finest displays of snowdrops in England with more than 300 different varieties of snowdrops as well as stunning landscaped gardens and an arboretum.

Painswick Rococo Gardens & Return Home

A morning visit to Painswick Rococo Gardens, set in a hidden Cotswold valley. We include a short talk on the history of snowdrop cultivation and their link to the Rococo Garden. Departing early afternoon, we travel home via the main roads and motorways.
