Fort William, lying in the shadow of Ben Nevis will be our base as we explore and enjoy this stunning coastline. We include a train journey on the famous `Jacobite’ steam railway, a scenic day onto the picturesque Isle of Skye, a free day in Fort William and dramatic highland scenery on our outward and return journeys. Your Holiday Accommodation:
The *** ALEXANDRA HOTEL is in the centre of Fort William, a short walk from Loch Linnhe. There is a lovely lounge with open fire and the restaurant serves locally sourced Scottish produce. There is free use of the leisure facilities at the Ben Nevis Hotel. Due to the age and nature of this grand old building all bedrooms are individual in size and shape but are en suite with TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. There is a lift.

Depart for Fort William
We depart early and travel north to Fort William for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Alexandra Hotel.Monday - Wednesday
Excursions
• A memorable day as we board the Jacobite Steam Train (also known as The Hogwarts Express) for a journey past some of Britain’s highest mountains and deepest lochs. • A scenic day as we visit the Isle of Skye, travelling via Kyle of Lochalsh, Skye Bridge and onwards to Portree. • A free day to enjoy the delights of Fort William. Optional morning tour to Neptune’s Staircase and Nevis Range Gondolas.Thursday
