The majestic Hampton Court Palace provides the perfect backdrop for the world’s largest bi-annual flower festival. This RHS event features more than 700 exhibitors and illustrates the best in horticulture during high summer. There are established garden designers and new talent and an array of different looks from traditional to contemporary. We also visit the delightful Rousham Gardens and RHS Gardens Wisley.

We travel to Rousham Gardens in the Oxfordshire countryside. These stunning and peaceful gardens feature water pools and cascades, an Italianate colonnade, a 17th century walled garden with wide herbaceous borders and espaliered fruit trees and a breath-taking parterre rose garden with a dovecote. Later we transfer to Shepperton for 3 nights half board accommodation at the Holiday Inn.Friday

We visit RHS Garden Wisley, which capture the imagination with richly planted borders, a luscious rose garden, and a state-of-the-art Glasshouse. Later in the day we continue to Guildford, Surrey's county town, which boasts a striking cathedral and famous High Street.Sunday
