Northallerton’s wide high street is a busy shopping street with many small independent shops, Barkers department store and cafes including ‘Betty’s’. The weekly market is a popular event with a wide range of stalls (2½ hr stay). Later we travel to Ripon and the magnificent Cathedral Christmas Fair. This popular event showcases a wide variety of local producers selling unique gifts, seasonal decorations, jewellery and handmade food all within breath-taking surroundings, accompanied by live festive musical performances and seasonal refreshments. There will also be time to explore Ripon with its independent stores and cafes (3 hr stay).

If you cancel an excursion with an inclusive entry/lunch etc we will refund the transport element only, unless we are able to re-sell the seat. We will retain £3.00 per person for admin purposes. Under 7 days no refunds will be given.
If you cancel an excursion without an inclusive entry/lunch etc we will retain £3.00 per person for admin purposes and refund the remainder. Under 7 days no refunds will be given.
If you cancel a theatre day trip you will be refunded only if we re-sell the seat and ticket. Then we will retain £3.00 per person for admin purposes.
