Based in Pitlochry in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, we visit some of Scotland’s finest castles and enjoy the Autumn tints. En route we stop in Stirling and during our stay we visit Glamis and Blair Castles and the impressive Enchanted Forest Light Show.

We travel to Stirling famous for its castle and Wallace Monument. We continue to Pitlochry for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Fishers Hotel.Monday

Falls of Dochart & Loch Earn
A ride down the banks of Loch Tay, calling at the Falls of Dochart and Loch Earn. We continue to Crieff followed by a visit to Aberfeldy, made famous by the Scottish poet Robert Burns.Tuesday

Glamis Castle & Enchanted Forest Sound & Light Show
We visit Glamis Castle, the ancestral home of the Earls of Strathmore for over 600 years and the location for Shakespeare’s ‘Macbeth’. We return to Pitlochry for free time. After dinner we attend the award winning ‘Enchanted Forest Sound & Light Show’. Set in a woodland garden we will experience a fantastic display of light and Autumn colour. (Please wear warm outdoor clothing & footwear as the 1.8 km walk is woodland. A small torch would be useful in the unlikely event of a power failure).Wednesday

Blair Castle & Queens View
We travel to Blair Castle, the ancient seat of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl. We continue to Queens View, one of Scotland’s most famous views of Loch Tummel and Highland Perthshire.Thursday
