Our destination is Dorset and the coastal resort of Poole with its large natural harbour and sandy beaches. The old town has Georgian houses and the Poole Museum which explores local history over four buildings. We explore the impressive Jurassic Coast and include a steam train journey, a visit to Minterne House with cream tea and a harbour cruise.

Today we visit the ‘Isle of Purbeck’ peninsular and the seaside resort of Swanage. You will have time to enjoy fish & chips or a stroll along the traditional pier before we board a heritage steam train and journey through beautiful countryside, with stunning views of Corfe Castle along the way.Tuesday

This morning we visit Dorchester, Dorset's county town and the birthplace of famous author and poet Thomas Hardy. Later in the day we include a visit to Minterne House & Gardens where we finish the day with an included cream tea.Wednesday

Enjoy a free morning in our resort before we embark on an afternoon cruise of Poole harbour. We will get a unique view of the islands, the Dorset Lakelands and the harbour entrance.Thursday
