We travel into North Wales to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Snowdonia National Park and feature visits to some Welsh gems including Halen Môn and Portmeirion. We travel via the North Wales coast to Llanberis for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Royal Victoria Hotel.

Snowdonia National Park
We explore the Snowdonia National Park, taking in magnificent views as we travel via the Llanberis Pass to Betws-y-Coed. Later we continue to Bodnant Welsh Food, a superb venue set in the heart of the Conwy Valley where you will find a farm shop stocked with the best of Welsh produce and several eateries serving delicious locally produced food.

Caernarfon, Halen Môn & Beaumaris
Caernarfon, with its magnificent castle, is our first destination today. We then cross the Menai Straits and visit Halen Môn, a family run business producing world renowned sea salt, where we take a fascinating guided tour. Later we spend time in charming Beaumaris, with its own medieval castle, and via Llanfair PG.

Beddgelert, Porthmadog & Portmeirion
This morning we head to Beddgelert where you will have time for a coffee. We continue to the bustling harbour town of Porthmadog, with impressive views of the mountains and river estuary. After a short drive we arrive at the unique Italianate style village of Portmeirion, where the stunning houses and pavilions overlook the sea at Cardigan Bay.

Return Home via Llangollen
We travel home via the picturesque Welsh town of Llangollen, arriving into our local area late afternoon.
