We travel south to Sutton Scotney near Winchester for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Norton Park Hotel.

Tuesday

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard

A full day at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and all its attractions, including a cruise around the harbour and admission to the Mary Rose Experience. The afternoon will allow time to explore Portsmouth or a trip up the Spinnaker Tower (price not included).

Wednesday

South Downs Guided Tour

We journey to the beautiful South Downs where our guide will lead us as we view the rolling chalk downs, deep valleys and steep slopes, with views across the Sussex Weald.

Thursday

Date : 7 May, 2026

Weald & Downland Museum & Guildford

First stop today is the Weald and Downland Museum, where we will see what life was really like for people in years gone by. It is also the location of the BBC TV series ‘The Repair Shop’ but it is a closed set, although the barn exterior can be viewed from a short distance away. Later we cross the border into Surrey and visit Guildford with its quaint cobbled high street and shops.

Return Home

We journey home with suitable stops, arriving into the local area early evening.
