The *** DIPLOMAT HOTEL & SPA is a family run property offering a warm Welsh welcome. Located on the outskirts of Llanelli, there is a pleasant outdoor terrace and Trubshaws restaurant serves tasty seasonal meals. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and Wi-Fi. The Eden Spa includes a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, well equipped gym and pre-bookable spa treatments. There is a lift, although some rooms are accessed by steps.

Please note: some bedrooms may be in the coach house 40m from the main hotel building.

We visit the picturesque resort of Tenby today with plenty of time to explore its charming harbour, quaint cobbled streets, old town walls and golden sandy beaches.

Gower Peninsula, Mumbles & Swansea

We head to the stunning Gower Peninsula where we will stop at Rhosilli Bay for free time to explore the unspoilt scenery and take in the views of Worms Head (weather permitting). We continue to the pretty resort of Mumbles, with a breath-taking outlook over Swansea Bay, before visiting Swansea’s Maritime Quarter and the National Waterfront Museum. Discover a fascinating insight into Welsh innovation and industry over the last 300 years.

Aberglasney Gardens

Today we visit one of the finest gardens in Wales at Aberglasney. This 10-acre plantsman’s paradise is home to a rare Elizabethan cloister garden, working kitchen garden, rose gardens and the unique Nifarium, a glass atrium filled with exotic plants and blooms.
