We journey via the main roads and motorways to Arundel for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Avisford Park Hotel.

Weald & Downland Living Museum & Chichester

We take a morning visit to the Weald & Downland Living Museum, home to the BBC TV series ‘The Repair Shop’. (Please note it is a closed film set and is not accessible to the public. The set including the outside of the barn is visible from a short distance but there is no public access beyond that point.) Later we visit the historic city of Chichester, with its pretty harbour and cathedral.

Wednesday

Portsmouth

We transfer to Portsmouth where you are free to explore at leisure. Our drop off point will be the Historic Dockyard (entry not included).

Thursday

Date : July 25, 2024

Worthing, Brighton & free time in Arundel

We travel to the coast visiting Worthing and Brighton, stopping en route to view the amazing ceiling paintings at English Martyrs Catholic Church in Goring-by-Sea. Later we return for free time in the pretty town of Arundel.

Friday

Return home

We journey home arriving into our local area early evening.
