The *** WEBBINGTON HOTEL & SPA is in peaceful countryside in Somerset, an Edwardian Manor & Gardens developed into a spacious hotel. There is a bar, restaurant and leisure club with swimming pool, gym, sauna, and steam room. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. There is NO lift in the hotel and very few ground floor rooms.

We journey via the main roads and motorways to Axbridge in Somerset for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Webbington Hotel & Spa

West Somerset Railway & Minehead
A journey on the West Somerset Railway is first on the agenda today, 20 miles of heritage railway, running through stunning Somerset countryside and coast. We disembark in Minehead, where you have free time to explore before we return to the hotel via the Quantock Hills.
Wednesday

Cheddar Gorge , Wells & Clarks Shopping Village
Travelling into the Mendips via the Cheddar Gorge to the Cathedral city of Wells. The market place has been a focal point over the ages and still holds a twice weekly market. Later we continue to the village of Street, on the slopes of the Polden Hills, and home to the Clarks Village shopping outlet centre

Weston Super Mare & Clevedon
A day by the sea as we visit Weston Super Mare, the original British seaside resort on the Somerset coast, steeped in Victorian history. We return via Clevedon.
Friday

Return Home
Departing after breakfast we travel home via the main roads and motorways, arriving into our local area early evening.
