We take an excursion to the Isle of Portland, a peninsula joined to the mainland by the narrow spit of Chesil Beach. The amazing views of Weymouth and the Dorset coast are as famous as the local 'Portland stone', a much-prized limestone used in civic buildings throughout the UK.Wednesday

We journey to Thomas Hardy’s Dorchester. Today is market day and is one of Dorset’s biggest and best! Why not explore The Keep Military Museum or enjoy the many and varied shops and eateries. We return to Weymouth so that you can enjoy some free time.Thursday
