Torquay, a traditional yet thriving seaside town set on Devon's English Riviera coast, with its iconic palm trees, busy harbour, international marina, sandy beach and wonderful array of continental style cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars. Our base is the welcoming Headland Hotel and our varied itinerary features a visit to the impressive Britannia Royal Naval College.

We journey via the main roads and motorways to Torquay for 4 nights half board accommodation at the Headland Hotel.
Today we visit Babbacombe Model Village in Torquay, and the market town of Totnes. Later we travel to Buckfast Abbey, a tranquil refuge set in a beautiful wooded valley beside the river Dart.
We travel to the charming fishing port of Brixham before continuing to Dartmouth to visit the impressive Britannia Royal Naval College. Please note: For access to the college photographic ID is required: i.e. passport, driving licence or bus pass.
This morning we drive along the South Devon coastline visiting the traditional seaside resorts of Dawlish and Teignmouth before returning to Torquay for a free afternoon.
We depart for home via the main roads and motorways, arriving into the local area early evening.
