Your Holiday Booking:
You can send an enquiry about any tour through our website. Simply find a coach tour you like and then click the TRIP ENQUIRY button to provide some basic information and a member of our booking team will contact you.
We do not send out reminder letters when the final balance payment is due. At the time of booking you will receive a confirmation which will specify the date that the balance is due and a reminder will only be sent if payment isn’t received by that date.
We do not automatically take final balance payments from the card on which the deposit was paid as we do not retain customer card details. You can pay balances by cash, in person at our office, by cheque made payable to Bibbys of Ingleton Ltd or by credit or debit card either in person or over the phone.
Travelling during Coronavirus Pandemic:
We are now operating at full capacity and social distancing measures are no longer in place on our coaches, in line with current government guidelines. However, please respect the spatial boundaries of fellow passengers.
If you are unable to travel because you have contracted Covid 19 our normal cancellation policy will apply, and this can be found in our full Trading Charter & Booking Conditions in the information section of our website or at the back of our holiday brochure. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance once you have booked a holiday.
About Your Holiday:
We will send you a detailed itinerary, luggage labels and any other information relevant to the tour you’re travelling on 2-3 weeks before departure.
Single room supplements are set by hotels and we have to pass them on to our customers. We do not profit from them and endeavour to select hotels with no or low single room supplements where possible. Please note that when a single supplement is paid this does not guarantee a double room.
If we have sold all our single room allocation, we can contact the hotel and request a double or twin room for sole occupancy approximately 6 weeks before departure. However, this will be at the discretion of the hotel and will incur a supplement set by them.
We have a secure car park at our depot that is free of charge and will mean that you will travel directly to and from your home rather than being on the feeder minibus that may have several pick up and drop off points.
